ABOUT ME

Crystal Phengsiaroun

Nationals for Muay Thai at the TBA sanctioning 2012, 2013, and 2014. Golden Gloves Boxing competitor in 2013. Crystal is a member of the Thai Boxing Association of America as a level 2 student soon to be an Apprentice Kru. A certified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine which is a top-tier certification recognized by the NCCA. She has trained individuals and conducted boot camps within the United States and Canada. In 2010 Crystal also started an organization called Wellness Elite within the Lone Star College promoting active living through physical and mental awareness. Seminars are offered each week on health related topics such as nutrition, new exercise fads, and tips on maximizing a healthy lifestyle. Crystal has lead a support group for those are seeking to improve their personal fitness and active life-style.She takes pleasure in activities such as in mountain biking, grappling, kick boxing (Muay Thai), yoga, acro yoga, swimming, hill sprinting, rock climbing, break dance, strength training and martial arts. Her excitement and zest towards fitness is infectious! Utilizing all her skills and experiences towards health and fitness she has been spreading knowledge and education in how to begin, maintain, and or project a desired healthy lifestyle.

"I was 27 and I had always been an almost sedentary and a skinny fat guy. I wanted to change my lifestyle and took the opportunity of moving to the United States to do so. New country, new life!
